The Aurelia Wave is a coffee machine inspired by water

Smart Water is a technology developed by Nuova Simonelli that detects information regarding the parameters of the water used to make coffee. The Aurelia Wave is the first coffee machine to do so. With information about the main raw material, water, it can monitor a consistently high level of prepared coffee.

Optimal flow and pressure profiling of the coffee machine during extraction

Pulse-Jet technology is a patent that Nuova Simonelli has introduced to the world. Here you can program the water flow and the pressure that the machine will exert.
