Coffee from the Mozonte region
The Un Regalo de Dios farm is located in the Mozonte area of Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua and is owned by the Balladarez family, which has been involved in coffee for three generations. The farm has ideal conditions for growing coffee thanks to its altitude of between 1350 and 1700 metres above sea level.
The coffee is hand-picked during the harvest from January to March. The beans are carefully sorted and then processed using the subsistence method. After harvesting, the coffee is dried for 25-30 days at a controlled temperature, which helps preserve its quality.
The Balladarez family emphasizes sustainable agriculture and environmental protection. They use organic fertilizers and minimize soil and water pollution. This care for the farm and nature ensures that their coffee remains resilient in the face of challenges such as climate change.

What will this cup of coffee taste like?
Nicaraguan coffees are generally known for their smooth and balanced flavour with hints of fruit, sweetness and often chocolate notes. Un Regalo de Dios farm coffee offers a rich flavour profile with distinct fruity notes of apricot and plum, balanced by the subtle sweetness of milk chocolate. Thanks to its natural processing, it has a pleasant long-lasting aftertaste.
Recommended for filter coffee. It is for this method of coffee preparation that the fine roasting profile was created. In addition to using it for classic drip coffee from a dripper or drip coffee machine, you can also enjoy coffee from a French Press, AeroPress or Chemex.
