The Aurelia Wave premium coffee machine for professional baristas takes classic coffee preparation to a new level. At its core, it lacks none of the parameters and functions of a proper pro coffee machine. But its abilities go much further with integrated functions, especially for coffee preparation with regard to coffee and water quality, ecology, ergonomics and, last but not least, digitalisation.

Aurelia Wave - a coffee machine inspired by water

Water plays an important role in the preparation of both hot and cold beverages. In espresso, approximately 90% of the drink is water. So water certainly deserves the barista's attention. Smart Water is a technology developed by Nuova Simonelli that detects information regarding the parameters of the water used to make coffee. The Aurelia Wave is the first coffee machine to do so. With information about the main raw material, water, it can monitor a consistently high level of prepared coffee.

Water flow and pressure profiling in the coffee machine

Pulse-Jet technology is a patent that Nuova Simonelli introduced to the world. Here you can program the water flow and pressure that the coffee machine will exert. This allows you to adjust the flavour profiles of the espresso you prepare and create new aromas and flavours in your drink. You get a new extraction profile that can be a path to an even better tasting coffee.

A coffee machine for baristas: ergonomic with control over extraction

Controlling and adjusting extraction parameters is only a touch away. With the Aurelia Wave coffee machine, quality has been taken into account in all respects - including the user's.
