The handy electronic knob replaces the old steam control system and makes it much easier and faster to use. Up to 9 recipes can be stored and can be customised by selecting the temperature and air ratio. It is made of aluminium and designed for maximum ergonomics.

Extendable equipment to suit your needs

The Nuova Aurelia Volumetric coffee machine offers a wealth of possibilities to optionally expand its equipment to suit your requirements. It offers: double-walled steam nozzle, e-milk function and active cup heating.

e-milk function: a nozzle with a special sensor that automatically starts whisking when immersed in milk. Once the nozzle is placed in the resting position, it will then automatically purge.

Latte preset function: offers up to 9 presets for whipping milk, from the classic one to various milk alternatives. Each preset has its own unique icon that makes it easy to recognize.
